The CDL Driver $5,000 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Jet Freight Services (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who:

  • Are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Possess a valid United States Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Are legal residents of the United States.
  • Meet all eligibility requirements described in these Official Terms & Conditions.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on 08.08.2026 at 00:01am

Deadline 08.09.2026 5:00pm

Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official online registration form by providing:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • A clear photo or scan of a valid U.S. Class A CDL

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, duplicate registrations, or entries submitted using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses for the same individual may result in disqualification.

Verification

Submission of a CDL photo does not automatically qualify an entrant.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any submitted CDL and the eligibility of any participant at any time.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Grand Prize: $5,000 USD

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize.

Winner Selection

One eligible winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on August 9, 2026, during Uketoberfest.

The Sponsor may also announce the winner through its website and social media platforms.

Claiming the Prize

To receive the prize, the selected winner must:

  • Appear in person if requested by the Sponsor.
  • Present the original, valid U.S. Class A CDL used during registration.
  • Verify their identity to the Sponsor’s satisfaction.

Failure to provide a valid CDL or proof of identity may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner’s check will only be issued after successful verification.

Publicity Release

By entering the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, state, and photographs for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected during registration will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor will take reasonable measures to protect submitted personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits false or misleading information.
  • Provides an invalid or expired CDL.
  • Attempts to enter more than once.
  • Tampers with the entry process.
  • Violates these Official Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the information and/or prize.

Sponsor's Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Governing Law

These Official Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.
