Jet Freight Services, inc. does not intentionally collect, capture, store, or use biometric identifiers or biometric information (as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14/), including but not limited to fingerprints, facial geometry, iris scans, voiceprints, or handprints, through this Site or any services provided on or through the Site. If Jet Freight Services, inc. ever implements services or technology that involve the collection, capture, storage, or use of biometric identifiers or biometric information, the Company will comply with all applicable BIPA requirements, including:

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid to Jet Freight Services, inc. for the services provided on the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Violating any laws, regulations, or rules in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Controlling the Assault of NonSolicited Pornography And Marketing (CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Engaging in unauthorized data collection or mining of information from the Site or its users.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of any software associated with the Site, except as expressly permitted by law.

12. Termination

Jet Freight Services, inc. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor strikes, pandemics, war, government regulations, or any other event that renders performance impossible or impractical.
